Teresa Kochel Certification: ACE Certified Personal Trainer Experience: I’ve been an athlete and played multiple sports throughout my life and now stay active to keep up with my 3 teenage sons. I have over 15 years of experience as a group fitness instructor and personal trainer. I have taught multiple models of group fitness from step aerobics to kickboxing to over 1000 Orangetheory Fitness classes. During the past 5 years, I have built an outdoor gym at my house and have transitioned from large groups to smaller groups and 1-on-1 personal training. Women of all ages trust me to help them transform their bodies by building lean muscle, teaching them how to fuel their body and focusing on their overall wellbeing. I listen to your specific needs and understand that one size does not fit all when it comes to your personal goals Hobbies: Spending time with people I love, lifting weights, participating in charity runs, travel, reading, cooking, yoga, beach days and being Team Mom to any of my boys sports or sometimes President of the league.
